Depending on the subscription chosen by the landlord, you can choose a maximum amount of devices/sessions to connect simultaneously.
In My Dashboard, you can see how many simultaneous sessions you can connect to.
When using the secured Wi-Fi SMARTEYE-Secure it is possible that 1 device uses up to 2 temporary sessions due to technical reasons. Therefore check whether you have sufficient reserve sessions left when your device appears to lose its Wi-Fi connection regularly.
Connecting more devices than the given maximum? #
It is not possible to connect more devices simultaneously than the maximum amount given. You can log off other devices first and thus release sessions in order to connect new devices.
